What did I do?
As part of the Production Team at DoLab, I supported large-scale live events hosting over 1,000 guests per day. I supervised show flow, A/V execution, and backstage operations to ensure seamless production from start to finish. Collaborating closely with creative directors and marketing teams, I contributed to enhancing visual storytelling, refining site layouts, and optimizing the guest journey. Additionally, I assisted with speaker and talent coordination, schedule management, and production tracking systems—ensuring every milestone was met with precision and creativity.
